1. Custom Chimney Caps
We stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and durability of our custom chimney caps.
Our custom chimney caps are warranted to the original purchaser for 15 years from the date of installation against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Each chimney cap is custom fabricated to fit the individual chimney and features a 3-inch skirt that wraps around the masonry. The skirt is mechanically secured directly to the chimney masonry using Tapcon® masonry fasteners, providing a strong and secure installation.
Our custom chimney caps are designed and mechanically fastened to withstand normal high-wind conditions.
When properly installed on sound, structurally sound masonry, our chimney caps are warranted against wind-related failure caused by sustained or gusting winds up to 50 mph.
The wind-performance portion of this warranty applies to the chimney cap and our installation. It does not cover failure resulting from deteriorated, loose, cracked, or otherwise structurally unsound masonry; improper installation or modification by others; falling trees or objects; lightning; hail; fire; acts of God; or weather conditions exceeding the stated 50 mph wind limit.
During the 15-year warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the chimney cap if it is determined that the failure resulted from a covered defect in materials or workmanship.
This warranty covers the chimney cap and our original installation. It does not cover damage to the chimney, roof, building, or other property resulting from conditions not directly caused by a covered defect in our workmanship or materials.

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact us and provide a description of the issue and reasonable documentation, including photographs when requested.
We reserve the right to inspect the chimney cap and installation before determining whether the issue is covered under this warranty.
We take pride in building custom chimney caps that are made to provide long-term protection and dependable performance. Our caps are custom fabricated for each chimney and securely fastened to the masonry to provide years of protection against the elements.
