1. Services
Above & Beyond provides chimney inspection, cleaning, repair, masonry, waterproofing, and fireplace services
subject to written estimate and scheduling.
2. Estimates
Written estimates are valid for 30 days. Scope changes discovered during work will be documented in writing
before proceeding.
3. Payment
Deposits may be required for material-intensive projects. Balance is due on completion unless financing terms
are separately agreed.
4. Warranty
One-year workmanship warranty on labor. Ten-year warranty on waterproofing sealant. Manufacturer
warranties apply on caps, dampers, and liners.
5. Liability
We carry full general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Pre-existing structural conditions disclosed
during inspection are documented and not warranted.
6. Cancellation
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a scheduling fee.
